Plans change—we get it. At Coravin & Cork, we want you to dine with us when it feels right, not out of obligation. Here's how we handle cancellations and modifications to your reservation.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your reservation time incur no charge. This gives us time to welcome another group to our intimate space.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation may be subject to a per-person charge (typically £15–20, depending on group size). We hold this policy gently—life happens—but it helps us manage our small dining room fairly and keep our team ready for you.
If you're a no-show without notice, we may charge the full per-person rate. A quick message makes all the difference.
Need to adjust your party size, time, or date? Changes made 48 hours in advance are always free. We're happy to move you around our calendar to suit your schedule.
Last-minute changes (within 48 hours) may carry a small adjustment fee if we can't easily accommodate the new request, but we'll always try to make it work. Just ask.

Remember: reservations are a courtesy, not a requirement. We welcome walk-ins every evening. If you're unsure about your plans or prefer to keep things flexible, just come by when you're ready. We'll find you a seat and pour you something good.
